EQUAL OPPORTUNITY and HARASSMENT POLICY
As Club Director of Olympic Premier Volleyball Club, I am personally committed to ensuring equal opportunity for every player and coach. The OPVBC coaches shall ensure that individuals are judged solely on their merit and abilities, with respect for their differences that make us stronger.
An environment free from discrimination and reflective of our community's diversity is central to maintaining a quality program that protects our existing players as well as maintaining steady influx of players into the club. It is essential that OPVBC coaches maintain an environment free of harassment and sexual harassment, including verbal or physical conduct that creates an intimidating or hostile environment for any person. There is ZERO tolerance for harassment or discrimination whether it is sexual, or based upon race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or an individual's disability. Olympic Premier Volleyball Club's diversity is one of its enduring strengths.
I am fully committed to ensuring that all players and coaches have maximum opportunity for selection, playing, and recognition. Through our united efforts to maintain sensitivity to our cultural differences and valued contributions of each member of our team, we will enhance our abilities to accomplish our mission.
